About the Author
Coach Farncombe has been involved in the sport of powerlifting for over twenty-five years. He has wealth of experience, first as a competitor and then as a coach and referee.
As a coach, he has worked with all levels of athletes from novices to international champions. While he was head coach for British Powerlifting, the team won six international competitions and had podium finishes at eleven more.
He is probably best known for producing technically proficient lifters who reach international standards.
