In this course, Michaela Breeze MBE teaches all of the fundamentals of weightlifting technique. Over three and a half hours of videos cover prerequisites, learning progressions for snatch, clean and jerk and frequently asked questions.

This course is ideal for:

  • Beginners who want to learn to do weightlifting well from the start
  • Existing lifters who want to make technical improvements
  • Crossfitters who want to be more efficient in weightlifting movements

You don’t need any special equipment to get started – a broomstick will be just fine.
